A. No, you can just add the products you like to your basket and proceed straight to checkout

A. No, the price you see at checkout is what you pay
Q. Do I need to pay any other import duties/tax when my goods arrive?
A. If you live outside the EU this is a possibility, so please check first with local customs as this is out of our control unfortunately
Q. Where is my order?
A. We will email you once the goods are dispatched, they should then take the length of time indicated on the delivery page to arrive. We cannot offer tracking on all our orders at this time but if you are worried your order hasnt arrive please contact us so we can look into it
Q. Can we have a custom product made for us?
A. We are happy to design custom products for trade customers, previous custom customers include Transport for London, British Museum, Southbank, Barbican Centre, Discovery Museum - get in touch to add your name!
